Wanted a game that limits violence and blood/gore. Well, this game is fun, fast paced, and limited on the violence (if you dont consider car crashes violent). No blood/gore. A lot of fun to play multiplayer. Gets yer heart going!!!

Fun race game for my little NASCAR fan who is 4 years old. Needs a novice level though for little kids

Bizarre Creations is the developer of Blur and they have a solid background in the racing genre. Easiest way to describe Blur is a more advanced version of Mario Kart with real cars.Blur is a great game that seems to have been lost in the shuffle. There is a ton of stuff to do and unlock with a great variety of events to play. Standard Racing with the powerups, destruction, demolition derby, “Hardcore” racing with out the power ups are all available in single player and multiplayer (up to 20 people online, it really shows off how solid the core racing mechanic are)The Call of Duty inspired leveling up with mod “load outs” is a great idea. It allows you to customize your car (which there are many real cars from the likes of BMW, Audi, Chevy, Ford, VW to name a few) to give you an edge based on how you like to play. Damage boosts, health boosts, shield boosts/changes, better weapon evasion…there’s a lot to play with.The game looks, sounds and controls fantastic. Rock solid framerate, fast load times, extensive on and offline play make Blur one of the best racing games to come out in quite some time. There’s a lot of options to play with that keeps the game interesting and new in every game mode. Only thing I’m looking for is more tracks to rock and roll around!
Most fun modern racing game out there. Mario kart meets Foreza, just wish there were more people on xbox live.
Multiplayer is just amazing takes skills to get first place and just shooting at people is fun but still need to keep up to finish: ) story line is alright nothing much to talk about it but the multiplayer is great especially 20 people in one race = Destruction
this game is not for the simulation racer fan. this is just a flat out fun arcade style racer that specializes in chaos! if you love hectic racing while blasting other cars out of the way and at the same time avoiding getting taken out then this is the game for you. solid frame rate, great animations and tons of modes and options.
The game plays well and the AI knows what it is doing. The graphics are very well-done and vivid. This is a good start for the first iteration. You can have fun while racing. Control is good with the standard controller, but is bettter with a wheel. You can have a lot of fun racing with this purchase, just don’t expect in-depth realism.
This is the best Nascar game to date. Hope they come out with a new one soon. Play this game almost daily.
