Bad Company is turning out to be quite a surprise for me. I was hooked from the moment I popped it into my PS3. Great graphics, sound design, physics, and environments are but some of the highlights of this gem. The dialogue and cut scenes are pretty good. I enjoy watching the guys play rock paper scissors in the background. The weapons seem realistic and are quite satisfying. I do have two gripes about the game though. First, it has crashed on me 2 or 3 times already. Second, why is it that the tanks always seem to find me and kill me but not my buddies? That’s a minor complaint because overall the game is great. It’s a worthy, albeit quirky, addition to the Battlefield series.

However, I wouldn’t mind hearing your thoughts and knowing if you do agree or not.QUICK REVIEW:I rate BATTLEFIELD: BAD COMPANY, 5 out of 5 stars! – I am a huge fan of first person shooters, but this game tops them all. BAD COMPANY is my favorite FPS for a number of reasons…1) It is modern! There are way too many WW2 games out there and I appreciate the newer guns and technology (hell yes to the air-strike)! The only other modern game for the PS3 that I really enjoyed and that could keep my attention was CoD Modern Warfare.2) The campaign was well put together. Even though the story line is kind of cheesy, it was a lot of fun and kept me coming back for more. I have actually played it all the way through a few times on all the difficulty settings (mainly to get the trophies) and have enjoyed each time. It takes between 8 and 12 hours to beat the campaign, depending on the difficultly.3) The graphics and audio are great!4) The online multiplayer is amazing!! I have been playing this game for well over a year and play online at least once a week. The scoring system is great, the engine is great, everything about the online play is an A+ in my book! A few of my friends have even bought PS3’s exclusively for this game.I highly recommend this game to anyone that likes modern.
This is an amazing game. It is way better then call of duty 4, or call of duty 5.Here are reasons whyCampaignCampaign mode is much longer and more fun then in call of duty. The maps are a lot bigger, and are much more creative. And the story line is much better. And unlike call of duty, bad company is funny, not glumly and depressing. And there is so much more you can do. For example: If you can’t find a good door to enter a building through, make your own. You can destroy almost anything in the game. This also applies for multiplayer mode.yoWeaponsAlthough most of the weapons are one that are also in call of duty, they are so much easier to get. You start out with a grenade launcher, and other special weapons such as rocket launchers and c4 you find very often.HealthThe way health works is very different between bad company and cod4/5. In bad co, you start out with a certain amount of health, and it goes down with damage. However, you can quickly heal yourself to maximum health with a quick shot. In call of duty, you have to wait until you heal automatically.Graphics: The graphics quality is almost equal. If there is a difference, it is not noticeable.Vehicles: In bad co, you get to drive vehicles very often. This includes trucks, tanks, and helicopters. In call of duty you cannot use vehicles, other than the very rare time you get to ride in a tank.Price: Currently, call of duty 4/5 costs about $50. Bad company costs $20 dollars. Need i say more?In conclusion, battlefield.
This is an all around great game! The single player is a blast. Good length, not too long, not too short.The multi player is where it is really at though. I can’t say enough about how fun it is. I would even go as far to say its better than COD4 in multi player. The class system is great and the vehicles do a lot to level the playing field and add a new dynamic.This game is a must have!
I bought this for my son since he loved the Call of Duty series. He loves BC even more and I enjoy watching him play it. The language can be rough but nothing like COD. On the PS3 the parental controls are adjustable so its not an issue for me. Tons of interactive features, it seems like unlimited vehicles to utilize, you even get to fly an attack helicopter several times.I highly recommend this game.
