My 7-year old daughter wanted this for her birthday and 5 months later is still playing it. She loves taking care of and watching her babies grow. My 5-year old son enjoys playing it as well.
I bought this for my 7 yr old as a christmas gift and she was sooo excited!!! She loves to play it and it kept her occupied during vacation….it was a great buy. It held up to her expectations. She had been asking for it all yr! It didnt take but a few days thru reg mail. So i got it in a very timely matter. Very satisfied
This game is just adorable! You can choose to adopt a baby girl or boy (features are different according to which you choose). Not only can you select the shape of your baby’s nose, eyes, and stomach (chubby or skinny) , but you can also pick the skin, hair and eye color. There is quite the variety of skin tones from extremely light to very dark. The eye color selection is great as well- everything from blue to brown to a very distinct lavender! Various hairstyles and hair colors are available throughout the entire game. The graphics aren’t 100% perfect on your simulated baby, but the cuteness factor of this game more than makes up for it.Not to mention, there are many clothes and items to buy for your baby! Everything from “Anne Geddes-style” baby costumes (flower, teddy bear,…) to even a pirate costume to name a few. The diapers come in different varieties-ie. Plain white, floral, duck, and leopard print. Of course you can purchase more typical clothes-onesies, dresses, pants, overalls, and more. Many toys can be purchased for your baby too. There are balls, stuffed animals, and dolls.Because this is a baby simulation type game, the game consists of cooking, feeding, bathing, playing, and teaching your baby. Younger game players below the age of about seven might need some help learning how to care for and play with their baby. There is a little reading involved (in the form of brief instructions on how to play some parts of the game). I’m sure once you showed your child.

This is a very cute game! It looks realistic, better graphics than My Baby Girl/Boy. They have a cuter selection of clothes than My Baby Girl/Boy. The only parts I didn’t like about the game is they start you out at 6months; it goes every 4 months like you start at 6 then you go to 10, it doesn’t go month to month. Like My Baby Girl/Boy starts you out at 1 month and goes month to month. The games get really tedious after a while. It seems like the baby has to sleep every 2 minutes so that gets boring.

BOUGHT THIS GAME FOR MY GRANDAUGHTER. SHE LOVES IT. SHE ENJOYS TAKING CARE OF THE BABY. SHE NAMED HER BABY AND LOVES TO SOOTH IT WHEN IT IS TIRED. SHE ALSO LOVES TO PLAY WITH IT. ONE OF THE BEST GAMES I EVER BOUGHT FOR THE NINTENDO DS.

I bought this game from GameStop for 20 bucks and have been playing this game none stop. I started out with a virtual baby boy which I named Jason he grew to 14 month’s old in 3 day’s time. But I play the one with baby Jason more because he’s my favorite in the game. Oh and I found out you can only adopt up to 3 babies so I adopted 3 and you can also erase a baby if you want to. This is my absolute favorite game. So if you like babies then get this game it’s totally awesome. I hope they make a Baby Pals 2 game. They already made 2 other game’s called My Baby Girl and My Baby Boy. This is a really fun game and really addictive to play. In case your wondering you use the stylus alot in this game on the touch screen so if I were you before you buy this game get the screen protector because you’ll need it for this game. It’s more of a simulation game as to how to take care of a real baby but yet a very fun game.UPDATE: As of 11/16/08 my 21st birthday I got My Baby Boy DS game and absolutely love it and still play Baby Pals DS game a lot too.There making a sequel to My Baby Boy and My Baby Girl called:UPDATE: My Baby 2 for the Wii and Nintendo DS suppose to come out Nov 3rd, 2009 suppose to doesn’t mean it will they could easily change the release date.
i love this game!!its fun and ADORABLE.there is only one thing i dont get and its that the babies lips are brown.it looks quite icky.
