This game is pretty well made. The storyline makes sense ( alien bugs come to Earth and terrorize it. you are one of two members of an area 51 project.)and the game is good with gameplay.Though a couple things makes the game not as well enjoyable. Like four of the levels are entirely dark and you have to use night vision which takes up one third of the screen.The weapons are pretty good too, you have certain guns that you won’t have to worry about running out of and they are decent guns. The weapon select though is boring. Through one entire level you only get three main guns. The character you’ve chosen will either have a machine or semi auto gun with a rocket or grnade launcher. and each level only has one different gun.Multiplayer is pretty good too with its game types and all the guns you get to choose. Just that in multiplayer the gins don’t show up on the screen.Overall the biggest let down of the game is just how dark it is when playing and the night vision, plus some mission objectives are either hard or difficult to figure out.

I don’t understand why this game never got big.It’s a blast! Me and my siblings have a great time whenever we play this!It’s really a steal for the price I bought mine at!
only real problem I have with this game is it very dark, not 007 dark, I mean those parts in shadows of the empire where you had to fire your gun to see if you where still moving forward dark. otherwise its very fun, fans of turok, goldeneye, doom, quake….etc. will love this. if your looking for something special, look elsewhere
Armorines is a very good game! The graphics are exellent for the N64 Console. The gameplay itself is’nt just your typicalrun-and-gun game, it requires you to use your brain, and its coopretive mode lets you and a friend squish those creepy crawlies from different angles! The only problem is the storyline is’nt very original but who cares about the stoyrline anyway? the game still boils down to blowing apart giant bugs from outer space. … Richard Nixon
Childhood relived
Very underrated Gem in the N64 Library.Used to play this a long time ago with a friend then recently saw it here for an insanely good price.My only probs with the game are that here an there the game is too dark on an LCD screen so i had to adjust the brightness for certain areas. There is an option for NVG but i dnt think im far enough into the game to be able to utilize it just yet. Dont let that turn you away from the game though.
