This game has been a blast for both of my boys, my 7 yr old (who wants to be a vet) and my 10 yr old too. It has actual cases from Animal Planet shows, and gives them some experience caring for domestic & wild animals, including laser surgery. Great DS game! The incessant Meowing of the Kitty supervisor could get old, but listening to any of these games as a parent can be tedious, but that reminds you to tell them to take a break once in a while.
My daughter completed this game within a week, but she had fun with it so it gets a good review. She loved figuring out what was making the animals sick and then healing them.
My 11 year old daughter LOVED this game for the ONE day that it took to complete it. There was nothing new for her to do after she had already taken care of all the animals so I’m sure she won’t play with it again.
Seriously, if you have no other reason to buy this game, buy the DS version so you can explode the “growths”. I’m 100% serious.
