This was for my Sons Birthday. He loved it and I admit I panted alot playing the game. I’m not the best at this type of game. But, My son is the happest guy around and so am I.. (Hes 40 years old and hell on wheels with a game like this).
There are allot of reviews on the net for this game, so I am just adding my 2 cents I guess, but I will give the + and the -.On the + side…This game is %98 on line, and is never the same game twice. Its hard to get board when you have new people to play with every time you load the game.Game requires thinking. You can’t just “Spray and Pray” like other shooters. You must work with your team to win a game. That is not the norm in a shooter. Planning and using real tactics to get your goals done are key. (Many people are not able to do this and that is why they don’t like the game.)Graphics are good, and sound is fine.Game uses the head set on your xbox, and it really is required for a proper game.Its as close to a real fire team as you can get without being really shot at.- Parts of the game…Servers are other players xbox’s. That means that is your playing with someone with a slow DSL line, your going to have lag, and get bumped of line.Game has glitches, but they are not something that makes the game unplayable.Hope this helps with your choice, but I recommend this game if you want a thinking action game.
If you’re looking for a great game that rewards you for working as a team, this is it. In order to be promoted you must earn Honor (not most kills in a game). To earn Honor you need to work as a team and medic injured teammates or drag them out of the line of fire. To get the maximum Honor you need to complete all primary and secondary objectives with all team members surviving while keeping your entire squad near its leader. A great change from all those run-gun-respawn games that are out there. The training is pretty easy but the Wargames give a bit more challenge. These two modes are where you can earn skill points to improve your soldier in several different categories. The on-line is where the game is the strongest with many CO-OP modes as well as a campaign, solo, and competitive training games, with a ton of options for each.

This is an an awesome army game that tells u all about the army in the extras section and in the main mode you can create a soldier and customize his looks and as you complete missions you get skills points you can use to make it so your soldier can take more damage and so you can shoot more accurately and carry extra ammo and med packs and so you can heal more health when using med packs so all in all its a cool game i just wish the main story mode was longer but it makes up for that with multiplayer where you can work with other soldiers online to complete missions or do head to head field drill tests vs each other. My favorite part of this game is the way you can upgrade your soldier cause I do believe that is such a cool feature. This is a must have for all those who want to learn more about the army those who wanna join the army and want to practice skills first or just people who love army video games!
Okay, first of all, the aiming is the biggest turn down. When holding a pistol you look down the sight and the weapon sways tremendously, as if you were holding a sniper in Call of Duty. I understand it is realistic but It really messes up your shooting. I wish your would be able to hold you’re breath or something. But anyhow, another thing that was lacking was the graphics. They were alright but not nearly as good as I accepted. Pretty much if you are coming from Call of Duty, Battlefield, or any other recent popular fps then you most likely won’t like this game. If you are looking for a complete U.S. Military simulator then this game is for you! It is extremely realistic. From the weapon sway to the tactical missions and the way you aren’t the main star. You’re team mates actually do a lot of the work. Well, 4 stars.
Tough game. Don’t expect to go for broke straight out of the box. To get to the meat of the game you really have to develop your Soldier on the ranges and in training missions. If you want auto-aiming and the ability to save your game just before the going gets tough, then COD4, Ghost Recon and such games are for you. If you want your training and fitness level to affect your ability to aim and the challenge of not being able to save your place in combat, then give this one a go.
I got it for Christmas from my wife who paid full price for it. Something we don’t do very often at all is pay full price at the release date. I held my breath and kept it anyway. I play almost 50 hours a month. The people playing in on XBOX Live are down to earth mature(ing) people too. I don’t want to badmouth any run and gun games that it may be compared to, because this is in a class by itself. I see a change in people used to other shooters when they get hooked on the “Esprit de corps” this game offers.These guys were messin’ around in the game so I captured the bigscreen movie.
