For all you RPG lovers out there this game rocks. If you don’t have it get it this is a must-have. There are only a few downsides one of wich is the views, other wise this game is perfect. Sure the text is a little cheesy but it’s a great game. I encourage you all to go out and buy this great RPG.
As a game, Alundra 2 is amazing. I got the disc in a common crystal case which isn’t bad but the disc is horribly scratched which is odd because the condition said "acceptable" the scratches were nowhere near acceptable in any realm! I ran it through an emulator before giving it to my girlfriend to make sure it worked which it luckily did. Hopefully everyone else will have my luck of scratched but working games!
Great Game!
This game was amazing from the get go. You are thrown into an awesome story line, especially for it’s time, and are immediately wanting more. This game has been a favorite of mine for years, and I feel like it’s new every time I play it over. You’ll never wanna turn this one off once you start. Definitely recommend this for any classic gamer, PS lover, or fans of adventure/rpg games.

I HAVE BEEN A FAN OF RPG’S SINCE THE RELEASE OF ZELDA FOR NINTENDO. AND NOW THAT I’M AN OWNER OF A PLAYSTATION CONSOLE, I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO PLAY THIS GREAT RPG. THE FIRST AND FOREMOST REASON I LOVE THIS GAME IS THAT IT INVOLVED REAL-TIME FIGHTING AND ABSOLUTELY "NO RANDOM ENCOUNTERS"! I CAN’T STAND NOT BEING ABLE TO FIGHT ONE-ON-ONE AND ABHOR TURN-BASED YOU HIT ME AND THEN I’LL HIT YOU TYPE FIGHTING SEQUENCES. BUT ALAS, GAMES SUCH AS ALUNDRA AND ALUNDRA 2 IS FEW AND FAR BETWEEN, SO THEREFORE, GAMES LIKE THIS ARE A REAL TREAT FOR RPG FANS SUCH AS MYSELF. ALUNDRA 2 IS FUNNY, HAS SOME REALLY GREAT PUZZLES TO SOLVE AND IS AN ADVENTURE YOU WON’T WANT TO MISS (INSPITE OF WHAT SOME OF THOSE SO-CALLED CRITICS’ HAVE TO SAY ABOUT IT). I HAVE PLAYED MORE THAN A FEW GAMES THAT HAD BEEN GIVEN SOME SAD REVIEWS BUT ENDED UP BEING SOME REALLY GOOD DECENT PLAYS. IF YOU STILL DON’T WANT TO BUY THIS GAME, AT LEAST GIVE IT THE CHANCE IT DESERVES AND RENT IT BEFORE MAKING A FINALE DECISION.
This is one of the best RPG games I’ve played since Zelda 64! My N64 broke from over-playeg so I got PSX. It was great to find a game like Zelda for the Playstation but the strategy guide isn’t the greatest. I recomend using an online walkthru or the Expert Gamer walkthru. Over-all this game rocks but the graphics could be better…..
