its good. i feel they did well with making it seem as though its part of the alien vs predator movie. there are times aliens will jump out of no where and attack, or as a alien you do get the sneaking around sense pretty well. the main problem i have is the campain is to short, so you cant realy get alot of fun out of single player. the only way to realy have fun with the game is going online. the graphics are good most of the time though every now and then it feels alittle corny. but other then that its a good game.

It’s probably more accurate to call this game Marines vs. Aliens vs. Predator. The single-player campaign is divided into three perspectives. You can play as a Marine, an Alien, or a Predator. Each species’ campaign takes place in exactly the same locations, but since your abilities change from species to species, the game-play in each mission remains fresh. As a marine, you’re limited to the ground. As a Predator, you gain vertical mobility, since you’re capable of jumping short distances to higher locations, such as tree limbs or ledges. The Alien’s perspective is truly unique, as you can climb along any surface and jump short distances. Seeing these environments from the ceiling, and thus upside-down, is quite interesting.It’s important to point out that both the Alien and the Predator incorporate a level of stealth. As the Predator, you have a cloak which renders you nearly invisible to most enemies. As the Alien, you can easily hide in dark corners or on ceilings, where most enemies can’t find you. The marine, by contrast, seems mostly helpless, without any stealth and virtually no cover-system.None of the campaigns are masterpieces at storytelling. The marine campaign starts off as most Alien-related stories do. And, as a matter of fact, ends mostly the way Aliens ends. There are two halves of the Marine campaign – it’s almost as if there was a change in story or development. Your squad-mate “Tequila”, ends up harvested and pretty much disappears from the game after you.
Being a big fan of the Alien series (movies, books, comics, toys, games, etc.) I was hoping this game would be good. It is well worth the $15 I spent, and I enjoy the Predator game play the most. Cool weapons, jumping, using blades for most of the dirty work. The marine was actually scary, how weak and vulnerable and what weapons would do to opponents. It’s a good story line too, graphics are good, very dark, music adds to tension.
Great game for all ages, not to hard or gorry for the young and great for the young at hard. Great packaging!!!
this game is awsome. i might be biased as i played avp2 on my pc way back when but this is just an awsome game. it posses awsome challenges. being the marine is alot harder then being the alien (i havent yet played the predator i figured save the best for last). the bonus to being the alien is they have a fantastic story as if its part of alien ressurection takes off something like that. but overall being hte alien is fun it totally captures everything about the alien. as for the marine. its hard has lots of challenges and is scary too having to kill the aliens is difficult i still havent quit gotten through that part yet. and having things pop out of no where at you is scary as hell. my favorite part about being a marine though is when you run out of ammo you can actually pistol whip the aliens repeatedly (though it wont do you much good as far as damage just knocks them down). face huggers are a problem once its easy to get em off. twice not so much. and look out for swarms….its like youre actually facing off against the alien hives….this game was captured awsomely. the graphics are great the controls are even better. i love it! i give it 5 out 5

I bought this game a week ago and I wanted to write a review once I finished all the missions (which there isn’t a lot, only about 15). I played as all of them: Marines, Aliens, and Predators. The developers made the game seem realistic because the best species are the Predators (it makes the most sense with their Advanced Technology). I have yet to play the multiplayer mainly because it has a dead community and pretty much whoever is the Predator would win. The developers make it seem unfair because most people don’t want a realistic game. The Predators have way better equipment than Marines which allows them to combat at both of the species with enormous force. Aliens come next with power since they are really fast, able to climb walls and ceilings, and they can stealth kill (along with Predators.) The other reviews are not lying, the humans cuck compared to the other species. Their equipment consists of 6 weapons (Plasmas Rifle, Scoped Rifle, Infinite Pistol, Shotgun, Flamethrower, and a Minigun), a flashlight, and a motion tracker. I think that most of them are neat, the shotgun is double barrel so you can shoot both of them at once with the alternate fire, the Plasma Rifle has a grenade launcher, the pistol has a three shot burst, the Minigun follows the enemy, and the Flamethrower shoots gas which makes enemies a lot more vulnerable to fire. The best weapon is the scoped rifle because it does the most damage and goes really long range, next comes the minigun (also calle.
