Love this game great game great condition the only knock is the delivery time but everything else is great would definitely recommend
5 stars cuz i like the cartoon and the game simple as that. i would only recommend this to die hard fans that dont care much just want afro samurai stuff.
This game has a unique style, overall enjoyable but not excellent. The camera can become annoying if you’re constantly having to adjust when your enemies go off-screen. The game is sometimes difficult on bosses or when you’re in a mob of enemies. Otherwise most of the time you will get away simply with button mashing. I wish there were an HP bar, I just like to know ahead of time when I’m going to die. On the flip side, checkpoints are frequent so if you die you won’t have to go too far back. For the price it’s dropped down to I’d say it’s worth trying.
DEFINTELY DIFFERENT. TOOK ME A COUPLE REPLAYS TO REALLY WARM UP TO THE DYNAMIC OF IT. NOT A HUGE FAN OF ANY GAME GORE BUT I DEFINITELY ENJOY THIS GAME.
What an odd game this is, first the cons:It is a button masher no doubt about itRegular enemies get repetitive fast and they are little more than zombiesThere’s lags everywhereCamera is just a paint in the rearPlatforming is just another painThere is no HUDLittle replay valueYou have no real incentive to learn combos o exp upBosses can be really cheapThere is no clear way to know where you have a check pointAs far as I have seen you have infinite livesImage clipping everywhere specially with hairAnd still I feel this is such a great game I have been enjoying so much and I’ll tell you why:Awesome aesthetics and graphics, cool music, awesome animations, specially when you slice and opponent, $15, topless yakuza tattooed chics trying to kill you and voices by bad@$$ Samuel L. Jackson.I have never enjoyed so much such a deeply flawed game. This is the ultimate case of style over substance, but I still love it.

Fantastic game for anyone with a PS3.Slice and dice minions, epic Boss fights and an incredible script.Haven’t seen the anime itself but the game provides entertainment at every level. Considering how old the game is the graphics are on par with whats being released today and not many games can bring you the level of fun this one can.
So, who doesnt love Afro Samurai!?!? Have you seen the series? Have you seen the Sequel movie? This is probably one of the best animes ever made! I mean come on!! Samual L. Jackson, Lucy Liu, and Ron Pearlman are the voice actors!! If you were like me, saw the series and movie and wished there was a way YOU could be Afro, now there is…GET THIS GAME…it’s so much friggin fun that you’ll spend hours playing it and not even realize it..I recently got a PS3 off wavee as well as this game and i havent looked back! One of the best purchases ive ever made when it comes to video games, and let me tell you, ive spent a good deal on money on some pointless games…anyways…below is my breakdown reviewGraphic: 10/10-its styled in the same type of anime as the series and movie..its so cool to play a game in anime graphicsSound: 20/10- probably the BEST game soundtrack EVER made…the RZA outdid himself with this one…keeps you into the game bc the music is so damn bad@$$…Gameplay:8/10-the gameplay is incredibly fun! There are countless combos that you can do with Afro and more that you unlock throughout the game as you go alongPrice: 10/10-great price for an amazing game…you actually steal a great game for this priceStory: 15/10-If you’ve seen the show or the movie, you know how amazing this story is..and the game is JUST as good if not better cause u get to play it!!!Action: 10/10-Tons of action in this game, its just so much fun to practice combos and slice and dice people…C.

This game is amazing! If you like the show afro samurai then you will love this game! The voices are done by most of the same people and the game follows the stoy of the show for the most part, with some differences. The gameplay is very smooth and there are some really great moves. I’ve seen some people talk about the camera being frustrating and I can understand that, it’s something you just have to get used to. I don’t think it takes away from how great this game is. The music in this game is great too, the songs really get you into the game. The only thing that is a bummer is there are no trophies for the PS3 version. I’ve had it for Xbox 360 and there were achievements for it on there. Other than that, this is a game I definitely recommend to anyone who likes afro samurai or anyone who likes sword fighting games.
