Game is great. If I got air sick this game is realistic enough to induce air sickness.
Ace Combat 4 was the reason I bought this little sucker of a game. though this game can no where near compare to the story of the Ace Combat 4, it still plays extraordinarily well. it is a good jet fighter simulator, and even has multiplayer, which even blew my mind, as almost all of the ace combat games are considered a story only game. I have nothing to say about seeing planes in the distance except this: impossible. All ways use the target lock-on, even if you are just going to fire machine gun ammo: tracks a little itself, but in a tight radius. great game, definitely bad story, but has it where it counts: gameplay.
Ace Combat is a arieal fighter plane simulater similar to what you find on the PS2. You fly around shooting down enemy bogey’s and ground units.Graphics- The graphics are beautiful but not as polished as in the ps2. The terrain looks kinda pixelated. I kinda feel like they could have done a better job in the graphics department. They did away with the FMV’s and went with the anime drawing w/ some narration. Don’t know if you can call this a graphics problem but I did not get a feel for how fast I was going causing me to stall my plane multiple times. If I’m going past top speed if should feel like it.Sound- “missle evasion complete!”, “he’s all over my six” are just a few of the things you hear over the psp’s speakers. If your listening for huge explosions you will only get a faint pop. I could barely here my after burners on my jet. I just feel wanting more in sound.Controls- A big plus in my mind. If you have ever played over G fighters for x box 360 you know the controls sucked. This is not the case for Ace Combat, if you are no stranger to ps2’s ace combat you should have very little trouble taking to the cockpit in this game. It plays very similar its bigger brother. Only real difference being the map button and the sp. weapons have been switched. square to switch weapons and select to switch maps.Overall- If you loved Ace combat you will love time one too.
This game is a lot of fun to play. The controls are easy to use and memorize. Learning curve is short, and you are up and flying in no time. The plot is entertaining, and the game play is great.
Played the game with a friend before I purchased it and liked it. Had to buy the game and have torn it up. Would recommend to anyone who likes that type of games.
I was very surprise on the quality of the product and the delivery was awesome and item was in great shape I will come back and tell others about it
Excelente servicio gracias
Pretty alright
Only played one level so far. I’ve been slacking off. The graphics seem pretty bad ass though.
For my PSP 2001 unit, game works well. Playable sequences are challenging and story line is decent. Although there are times when I wish I had a joystick and not the thumb-stick, like on the PSP. Graphics are intense, and types of aircraft in dogfights are good.
