An excellent follow-up to the original Time Crisis game!
Another fun Time Crisis game. There aren’t a whole lot of actual gun games anymore, but this is one of the better ones.I recommend it.
this is da bomb. better than time crisis 1. it’s 50 times better with a guncon. if you want one get a namco guncon. the naki guncon is as accurate as a drunk monkey with an itchy trigger finger. a must buy for time crisis lovers.
the music cuts off at one particular segment of the game but continues into the next scene, but it is a classic and a continuation of what happens in the original time crisis. nostalgic memories
I don’t know what these other reviewers are talking about. I recently purchased this game, and it is “awesome!” I use my Playstation 2 Light Gun and it works great, and I only had to calibrate the gun once. That reviewer that said they had to calibrate their Guncon every 15secs, well that must mean your gun is not working properly, or your just a seriously crappy aimer! There are some guys on the edge of the screen in the distance that are sometimes hard to shoot directly, but just unload on them and eventually the gun will hit them. I love the new sequencing where you have the option to switch sides from left to right on one of the first “BOSS LEVELS”, thats cool and really challenging too. Namco has made another great Time Crisis game, and its funny becuase not many people know about this game, and indeed it is worthy of the Time Crisis collection. There was one reviewer on here that said the graphics are horrid. Well, if you compare the first TIME CRISIS game to this one that is released in 2001 compared to the first one that was released in 1996 onto the Playstation, I would definately say they have improved on the graphics majorly since the first one, Buddy. The characters look better and smoother, and they move more like humans too, and fall better. The story is kinda short, and I have not beaten or played all the way through to see if any hidden secrets get unlocked or if there is a hidden missions, but I am very pleased with this game, and I highly recommend picking th.
Great condition, got what I wanted, thank you!
It’s a great game but it’s not what I thought it would be. It’s very short, namco could of least made more then 4 levels and they could have made it a little harder because I beat the game the first day I got it(no joke!). However it’s a very action packed game and the sound and music is very realistic but when the charactors talk it looks like a Japanese godzilla movie. The graphics are better then the first one though. It’s a pretty clean game to, there’s no blood or gore. It’s better then the first Time Crisis but I suggest that you rent it or borrow it before you buy it.
Never played Time Crisis? Go back and check out 1,2 and 3.Fan of the series? Come with me. After digging into the aforementioned Time Crisis games I was down to two titles: Crisis Zone or Project Titan. I chose the latter as it seemed to function more like an actual TC game. And that it does. After reading lots of reviews I was ready to be a little let down, though I couldn’t really imagine why. I love the cheesiness of these games. Saw video clips of the gameplay, looks like Time Crisis to me. Buy.As I’m playing I realize how nice it feels. It’s tight, it’s fun, it’s Time Crisis, baby! ALL RIGHT! LETS GO!!Overall it feels like a natural extension of the first Ps1 title. The music is nice and it feels better than the first game’s Story Mode. It feels slightly enhanced. Shooting physics are somewhat improved. Bullets heading straight for you are now colored red. But most notably a new gameplay mechanic is introduced: You can now move side to side to different spots to duck and shoot during boss battles. Whaattt?! Crazy, right? I know!I found this to be fun and pretty intense. The fact that it takes place during the more difficult areas makes it all the more engaging. You’re immediately thrusted into a higher state of awareness in order to adapt to the new, advanced gameplay mechanic…while fighting a boss! WhOaHhhh!! Luckily, it’s just a minor enough tweek that it doesn’t ruin a tried and true gameplay formula, and it really feels like pushing a game I love to the next level..
My son loves this game, and this was a good buy for him.I recommend this game for gamers who are into action/adventure games.
