So at first I was a bit dissapointed with the game as I expected a more polished game. But I very much like the story mode and have yet to play multiplayer yet. Overall its a good game, not a sim, but more arcade and the map is huge.I am running it on the xbox 360, on a 32in tv at 720p. I had a bad internet connection at home and was forced to buy a wifi extender just to get my lousy 3mb speed to work. So it does connect and work fine on such a connection. It does require internet to play. I do have xbox gold too, so I can not say if it works with the free xbox live account.As for game play,Graphics: I expected more but they are still good, but I have seen more polished games on the 360.Car handling: its fine honestly. They start you with junk cars, mustang, charger, camero, and a nissan. Pick the nissan as I did. I have a VW golf now and it drives great. Just make your car better or buy a better car.Map: its huge! I definitely feel I am driving around the US. I am from Detroit and I could even drive down the street where Greek town and the Casino is. It accurate to a point and other areas they had to combine.Story: its cool, it keeps me interested and I like that. Much more then other racing games. Lots of interesting missions.Menus: these are a bit frustraiting for me. But everything is there you need. Just done in an unpolished way and text is small and can’t see.Bugs: My game plays well for the most part. It has froze a couple times though. I dislik.

This game is really fun . I have prior experience with Need For Speed and Forza Horizon and i believe THE CREW beats both by a long shot.
