great franchise
I do love the content they provide. When you think about it, 2 games, well 1 game and a prologue, and a movie. Was it worth $40? To me, yes. The movie, however, wasn’t that great, not saying it was bad. They couldn’t get the continuity straight. I don’t know if it was taking place in Tekken 3, 4, or 6? TELL ME THAT NAMCO!!! I really don’t understand what is going on but I guess what do you expect from a story like Tekken. Now Tekken Tag Tournament HD, I thought it was decent. I really enjoy the game, it didn’t look like it was on HD though, whatever, the content looks great but that is something that I have on PS2. Now on to Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Prologue. I thought it was pretty good, it was pretty good. It gave me an idea on what they are doing with their project and I can’t wait for the game to come out next year.Anyway, it’s all three games/ movie for $40. It’s a pretty good deal right there.

I would say that although the graphics are not as great as I thought it would be for Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Prologue, it’s the closest thing I can get to the actual TTT2. The movie is pretty good, with the variety of subtitles, and the HD remake of Tekken Tag is not too bad, although I prefer the graphics of Tekken 5. I got this game for $30, and I don’t think it’s too much of a bad deal, especially for Tekken fans and collectors. However, for $40, it is questionable.
This was the first ps2 game I bought during its launch. It looked beautiful back then and the hd makes it more brighter and alive. I will say I am a tekken hardcore fan (Began since 2 came out) Well to play this you must install the gane first (you dont need to install the movie) I wont go through the movie since its non cannon and honestly nothing of it is really important so ill talk about this hd version. the hd is definitely there. the game modes… there isnt any… I believe one is even missing which doesnt involve tag team but single battle (its a bummer) but the game is a all time classic. Its worth about 20 bucks but I got this for a total of 10 bucks. so finding a cheap used copy is more recommended. Brought bacj memories, that is did.
If you liked all of the past Tekken titles then you’ll definitely like this one as well. More great characters and highly satisfying gameplay.
