You’ll have to fight your way through hordes of other tanks, some superior to yours, and apache helicopters flying low to get an angle on you while they try to dent your armor with machine guns, and A10 tankbusters flying above to destroy you with missiles. The artificial intelligence and sound effects of the enemy soldiers and tanks are surprisingly realistic for a PS1 game. Simply, this game will amaze you from start to finish for a PS1 game that has the lead so far in tank combat.

THIS GAME HAS NEAT GRAPHICS, FUN MISSIONS THAT’RE CHALLENGING, GOOD CONTROLS THAT’RE EASY TO MASTER, THE MUSIC ABSOLUTELY ROCKS [AND IT’S PLAYABLE IN YOUR STEREO, WHICH IS GREAT!!!], AND THE TANKS LOOK COOL. BUT, THERE’S ONLY ONE MAJOR THING THAT HURTS THIS GAME VERY MUCH: ALMOST ALL THE TANKS HAVE PROBLEMS!!!!!!!! SOME TANKS ARE VERY STRONG BUT ARE WAY TOO SLOW, SOME TANKS ARE VERY FAST BUT ARE WAY TOO WEAK, ONE TANK IS EVEN VERY FAST BUT HAS NO SHIELDS, MEANING THAT IT’S VERY EASY TO GET BLOWN AWAY! THE BEST TANK TO PLAY WITH ON THIS GAME IS THE DESERT KING, WHICH I RECCOMEND ALL GAMEPLAYERS TO PLAY WITH ON THIS GAME. EVEN HAS A NICE MOVIE-LIKE INTRO TO START THINGS OFF. SO, BEFORE YOU PLAY ”BATTLE TANX” OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT AGAIN, FIND THIS GAME, BUY IT, AND SEE WHAT A REAL TANK GAME IS LIKE.
