A love of fashion and photography makes this show the perfect combination. I try not to judge the girls too harshly as I know so much of these shows are scripted.
*SPOILER ALERT*Out of the first fourteen seasons, this is my favorite one. To explain why will take some spoilers. So if you don’t want to know who wins, don’t read anything below the dotted line.———————————————————————————————————————————————————————————–The first 14 seasons of this show all display a fair amount of meanness and backstabbing among the contestants. Season 13 showed something rarely seen on this series. As has become routine over the years some of the contestants this cycle were hostile, aggressive, and mean. Sitting quietly to one side was one contestant who seemed shy, awkward, and very introverted. The others quickly labeled her as weird. Actually, the "weird" one was perceptively watching the growing hostilities in the house. She saw what was happening and she understood why the others were reacting as badly as they were.This contestant did not use her perceptiveness to manipulate or game the other contestants. Instead, she reacted with empathy and compassion. She went to the meanest, most hated of the other contestants. She quietly talked to and listened to that person. The mean one actually began to open up, sharing the origins of her pain and rage. The "weird" one consciously helped the "meanest" one to soften and begin changing. It was a sweet moment of empathy and compassion.Just as sweet was that the "weir.
