First point: if you don’t want to get a fishing game, don’t spend your money on a fishing game. If you find the whole idea of fishing repulsive, and buy a fishing game anyway, that’s your own fault.Now, the game: Gameplay basically goes thusly: you look a looped video of a lake or river, listening to pretty nature sounds, you pick out a rod and a lure or fly, you cast. When the lure sinks, or a fish grabs it, you switch to an underwater view to "play" the fish. The manual tells you exactly how to do this, which is good, because I think it might impossible to figure it out on your own. When the fish gets close, you switch back to pretty-nature-scene view to land it. Repeat.I like this game for two reasons: one, i am female, and not one to play video games much. All of my male friends are better than me at most games. But I was the first one to figure out how to catch a trout.Second: The game is really relaxing. Some may consider "relaxing" a synonym for "repetitive" or "boring" but that is entirely up to you. I got into this fishing zone, until they pried the controller out of my hands to play Tekken Tag anyway. But i thought it was pretty good stress relief, anyway.
Reel Fishing II is a fun, exciting and entertaining game. You can catch tons of different kinds of fish wether it be Freshwater or Saltwater. A massive amount of tackle is avalible to you. Once you catch fish, you can keep/raise them in a aquarium or you have the choice to release them. They have three different aquariums to keep them in. Saltwater, Freshwater and Running water. Feed them food to keep them healthy. You must check up and feed them everytime you finish a fishing trip or else they will get less and less healthy and die. This game has realistic backdrops and sounds of nature that will make you feel as if you are right there fishing! They also have very soothing music to fish with. There are two modes of play. Season mode where you fish by the seasons. In Free mode you get to fish the levels you’ve unlocked. There are 17 different levels to complete. Once you complete the 17 levels, you will unlock the secret 18th level. I’m not going to tell you what the secret level is because I don’t want to take away the fun of finding out!
Game was in great condition just as it was posted. This game is also an old favorite of mine.
As my title states, this game is an event full of relaxtion and peacefullness. Anytime i get stressed i pop this game in. The sound of the waves, the music an even to the fish tanks, this game is great for someone that wants a fun fishing game and or to someone that wants to enjoy some relaxing sounds from the oceans.
This is a really really cool game! I just got it recently and spend alot of time playing it. The people who don’t like this game don’t even play it for 5 mins and assume the entire thing is boring. In one of the levels, you catch a 10 foot marlin. This is a really good game. But don’t just listen to me, rent it and try it for yourself.
Good selection of fishing lures and baits and fish you can catch. Son notes game is difficult. Graphics for the time game was created were ok.
the sequel to reel fishing. I wanted to make sure I had them all, so once I finished one I could go on to the next.
THis game is the bast it has great graphics and u get to catch all different kinds of fish!
