The Atari Flashback 8 Gold Console was easy to set-up and is easy to navigate. The controllers work well. Of course the graphics are simple, but the clarity is crisp on my HD television. I have absolutely no complaints.
Got this for my wife for Christmas. She loves the retro games, but the added bonus is that my kids like some of them too. It’s great seeing them enjoy the games that we grew up with.
Got to play games with grandchildren. They really liked asteroids. Wireless controllers make all he difference. Simple to set up, great to play some games I have a chance to win.
Joy stick is loose compared to original so it plays different. Other then that it is what it was. If you expect 80s atari you will get what you want. Its not updated or altered.
I’m really enjoying these classic games. I remember when the Atari was considered cutting edge. This takes me back to when everything was simple. It’s a novelty. It probably won’t impress the kids like it did 40 years ago, but it’s fun for us old timers who enjoy going back in time once in a while.

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my family. Works great…no issues. My only wish is that Pacman was part of the bundle.
Glad this had both types of joysticks. I purchased one last year that only had the original joystick. Both type are necessary.
