FANTASTIC GAME. Cowboy GTA if thats your thing. Great open world play and engagement. Beautiful landscapes and skyscapes.
Howdy folks,Rockstar has done it again. Another excellent game with a deep story. If youĆ¢ā¬ā¢ve played red dead redemption 2 and gone through the emotional kick of a story that was, then this game continues where it left off.The red dead series is a gem of a story that can have you really feeling the dialogue.Pick up this game if you havenĆ¢ā¬ā¢t played yet, as it goes more into detail the events of red dead 2.Game comes with the expansion packs for several hours more content. Plays real well on the PS3.
This game is simply amazing. Even as a last gen, this game provides beautiful graphics and flawless mechanics. The story takes you from an adventure to an epic to a satisfying realization. Overall, if you like westerns, great story telling, being the hero or being the villain, youĆ¢ā¬ā¢re going to love this game. I cannot wait to see what they do with the second installment of this game!
Red Dead Redemption is one of the finest games I have played to date. It grabs you and doesn’t let go, I found myself playing for hours and hours on end, despite having a full time job and a life outside of video games. The Good: Red Dead Redemption has so many good points, it is hard to list them all, so I will only give a few examples. First is the initial setting and your first time in the world of the Western Border States. Stepping foot into such a richly rendered world is breathtaking! The townsfolk are realistic, walking and talking with each other, having conversations and the like. Beautiful sunsets, weather effects and scenery, as well as wild animals, random encounters and wide open plains, all add to the new world you have been transported to. The gameplay is great, with plenty of action and adventure to keep anyone interested for a long time. There’s just so much to do, you feel lost. But in the best way.The Bad: Only a few things, so this will be brief. The game had a few glitches, but that is only natural for a game this size. The Undead Nightmare DLC was too easy, but still an insane amount of fun, trust me.The Ugly (You knew it was coming. lol): Nothing in this game is ugly! From the wildlife to the struggling western towns, to the storyline and the variety of weapons, it is a brand new world ready for exploration. On a side note, without spoiling anything, the ending in Redemption is a huge surprise, and one I did not personally enjoy. Though it is poetic in.
One of the best games, due the interactions you can do. Open western world with great graphics? + western zombies?! Ok, truth be told, i get scared sometimes due you dont posses the wepon fire power you wish to fight against zombies, but can be done running a lot :PGreat game. Big map. Trippy sssslllloooowwwwmmmoootttttiiiiooooonnnnn featuring.
Seriously, if you haven’t played it, you should. It is beautiful and the old-west theme gives the violent insanity of open-world games some believability, peppering in some hunting and randomly generated events to liven things up. The attention to detail put into this game is absolutely amazing and you can see how it carried into Grand Theft Auto IV, although I honestly think there was more… chutzpah in this game than the latter.Anyways, a great deal on a great game.
It’s a game. Not much to say.
I was always hesitant to buy this game. In retrospect, I don’t know why. It got great reviews, I’m a huge fan of westerns and most rockstar games, so I really don’t know what took me so long. I saw it on black friday and said "what the hell". Once I started I couldn’t stop. I felt like I was playing a real life western movie out. It has so many wonderful elements from the environments to the people you interact with and the dialogue that gets exchanged. I love this game. The only fault I have found was the horse shoe game which is tough as hell, but after an hour of practice, I got it down…somewhat. If you like westerns and Rockstar, get this game and play it and enjoy it!
Starts to get a bit long but wow
i admit i originally bought this game solely for the undead nightmare. my best friend and i are huge fans on just about everything zombie themed and i felt this was a must buy. having played the game for a few days now i feel its way more fun than any commercials lead on to. story driven, free roaming, and the random encounters are a nice change of pace from the standard ‘quest giver’ set up, by which i mean at any point in time bandits will raid a town, or attack a bar maid, rob a farmer on the side of the road and you can either choose to help them or go about your buisness. plus plenty of mini games and side missions when you feel like taking a break from the main plot. poker, black jack, horse shoes, bounty hunting, or put on a bandana and go pillage yourself. possibilities seem almost endless.
