It’s easy to find this game for $5 or less, so it’s worth trying. The game starts with just having a sword, but as you progress you get other weapons such as a bow and throwing stars, also a grappling hook for getting over things. It would be a better game if it allowed the player to move through the game on their own rather than the game leading so that the player could try to level up some before facing a tough boss. It does feel like a workout playing for awhile though.
it’s ok
excellent product
great fun ..
Excelent Game
Great game. 9 year old loves it!
Bought this for my 9 year old for the holidays and he likes it a lot. The game is woven within a story and it can get difficult to put it down as the character picks up new weapons, scrolls, rewards etc. and starts fighting tougher opponents, as the game progresses. Also with the move controller, you do move your arms a bit in the sword fights and and burn some calories.
I purchased this after playing Sorcery. Sorcery disappointed me with it’s limited, linear story and game play and gained very little from allowing players to explore the environment. On the flip side of that, I think Medieval Moves: Deadmund’s Quest should have allowed players to control character exploration throughout the game. Medieval Moves seemed to have a lot to explore, but I suppose some of the challenge of the game was the limited time before you moved on.Thoroughly enjoyed Medieval Moves.
Really puts you in first person charge of your character.Utilizes the motion controllers very well. Not the most high tech or amazing graphics but that is not why I bought it.Purchased it for 3D and the use of the motion controllers for my son and I and we love it.
First of all, I’d like to say that I have been playing strictly BF3 and MW3 the last couple of weeks, and I had this unopened on my dresser collecting dust. I was having doubts that I would enjoy it. I wasn’t impressed at first either. As I first started, I was sitting on my bed, and realized shortly that the grappling hook wouldn’t work as well as I wanted it to. I then realized it was necessary for me to stand up. It’s sort of required you stand up. I really wasn’t in to the story, so I skipped all the cutsecenes. It’s pretty much about a boy named Edmund who is now dead, and his new name is Deadmund. He has to collect pieces of an amulet, blah, blah, blah. The gameplay is a lot of fun. The best part is that you feel kind of cozy playing this game because of the colors. One level may be all blue, and another all red. It’s fun, and gives me warm fuzzies inside (if that makes sense). The orchestra music is very soothing as well. The environments are so cool and colorful. I especially like the elaborate treehouse.I don’t think this game will sell well, unless people buy the $100 Move with this game included. It’s definitely worth the 20 dollars extra. Currently, I’m #9 on the leaderboards in the story mode, so that tells me nobody is playing it because I’m only 4 or 5 chapters in. There is an at at home and online coop battle mode, as well as a versus mode, but I couldn’t get an online match going, so I’ve been playing solo.I really do wish that San Diego Studios would have cre.
