The Empire strikes back in this sequel to the endearing Star Wars game made all of LEGOs. LEGO Star Wars II follows the Rebel Alliance’s battle to dismantle the Galactic Empire and rebuild a galaxy in pieces. From Darth Vader’s pursuit of Princess Leia aboard her blockade runner to a showdown on the reconstructed Death Star the game includes even more of the family-friendly LEGO action. For the first time ever, characters can get in and out of vehicles, as well as ride creatures. Because it’s LEGO style, you can also mix and match the body parts of more than 50 playable characters to create one of millions of possible LEGO Star Wars heroes.

Great game, for my 6 year old. Challenging enough to keep him entertained, but not too hard so that he loses interest.
Having grown up a Star Wars fan, as well as a lego fan, it’s not hard to be interested in a combination of the two. This game is nearly an overload of cute, and so much fun. It’s clean, so I enjoy playing it with my kids, and watching them solve the puzzles and secrets. There is so much hilariousness in it too, with the silly moments, and expressions of the characters.I have never had so much fun playing a game.
nice
I just recently bought this game. It is a lot of fun, and keeps you entertained for hours on end. It is a very fun and basic shooter style game, and a puzzle game rolled into one. It’s simple enough for a six year old to play but, complex enough to an adult entertained as well. If there is one draw back to this game. It’s the menus are very confussing at time and saving can be hassale and sometimes doesn’t work. For the money a person can’t go wrong. The graphics are good, the game play is excellent, and a great value to boot.A++ Game
My grandson loves this Lego series and loved the gift. Highly recommended for gamers and kids that love Star Wars.
I gave it to my grandson for Xmas, he loves it, so I am quite happy with the product as is.
What can you say? Legos bring the heat. This game is for all ages and provides enough challenge and replay value to keep you coming back for more. The story mode is funny with some great cut scenes but the real fun begins in the free play mode where you can customize your characters or play with others that you have unlocked. Legos have never been so much fun. This game is focused on the original first three (epsidoes 4-6) before the others came along. If you have played Lego Star Wars I the game play is about the same. The only major down fall is the crazy camera angle. other than that…this is a must buy.
Bonne qualité
For anyone who’s never played the original star wars lego game – it’s a tongue-in-cheek take on the star wars franchise. The characters never have spoken dialogue, and the re-created cut-scenes are “modified” to be a little more funny (like R2-D2 falling off the back of Luke’s land speeder). The game plays like a lot of other action/adventure games and follows the plot of the original star wars trilogy. There are two basic game modes: story mode where you play through as specified characters; and freeplay where you play as any one of multiple characters at your choice and can switch between anyone quickly. In regular story mode there can be up to 6 playable characters on the screen at any one time – which clutters up the view a bit.In place of a main-screen, there’s a “cantina” where you can select the level and buy extras, hints, and character models using “studs” collected during the course of the game. (e.g. buying invincibility or Greedo). There is a co-op mode that allows friends to play as another on-screen character, but otherwise the multiplayer aspect is very shallow. There is no XBL support. The camera angles will probably drive you mad at points. There are several stages where you must jump from one ledge to another and depth perception can be really skewed by the camera angles. The aim is rudimentary – simply point your character in the direction of the bad guy and you may, or may not, hit him.My only remaining beef with this game is replayability. There’s a.
When I ordered this game, I had high hopes for it. When it came, I started right away. On Episode IV, Chapter 5, you have to build a big doorway. When the stormtroopers came in, it was almost impossible to finish the level. It was very frustrating. It was still very fun to play as Darth Vader. So, if you plan on helping your kids through the game, then go ahead and try it. I would still recommend this to anyone, because this game has some cool scenes.
