Jurassic Park was such a huge part of my life growing up, I’m surprised I didn’t evolve into a dinosaur during my youth. The books and movies are true classics in my opinion, and are gems that can be revisited again, and again. I knew going into this game that it received mostly negative reviews from critics and fans alike. I held off on this title for a long time because of the feedback, but I knew I still wanted to try it, despite the harsh reviews. I also knew that this was another quick time event game, but I usually enjoy games of that nature (Heavy Rain, Indigo Prophecy, etc…) so that wasn’t an issue. Surprisingly, after getting through the game, I found out that it wasn’t nearly as terrible as many people have claimed and had a blast going through it multiple times. It truly is a perfect example of an interactive movie, and it continues the story from the first film flawlessly. The voice acting is great, and even though there are times when some characters could have taken the fact they are being hunted by dinosaurs a little more seriously, it is truly a gripping story line that kept me hooked until the end. The new locations and dinosaurs fit in perfectly, and even hinted at the original novel’s vision in many moments. If you are a big fan of Jurassic Park, you wont be disappointed by this game, but keep in mind this is more of an interactive movie than a video game. I’ve played tons of JP games, from the excellent Sega Genesis titles, to the mediocre SNES versions,.
really like it. its a great realistic game it is a bit scary for the younger children. but its really fun for the older 14 and up.
I had this game years ago, but had it lost or stolen. I enjoy it.

Finally there is a good jurrasic park game out there today i mean the last time i played a decent Jurassic park game was on the genesis the other ones made no sense now if your into action games then this game is for you it’s even made by telltale games the makers of the walking dead games and back to the future but in Jurassic park your going too be hooked to see what will happen next.

This game is like going back to Jurassic Park. It has the same intensity. The same kind of action sequences. The same kinds of thrills. And the same sense of discovery and wonderment. It’s almost like watching a brand new movie, except that you get to interact with the characters to help them reach all their goals. It’s a true return to form for the fanchise. Given the extent of the content, I am forgiving when it comes to the lack of better graphics. I don’t feel as if the less realistic looking characters and animals took anything away from my enjoyment of the game playing experience. Once immersed into the story and unfolding of the plot, the more I didn’t pay attention to that aspect.For fans of the Jurassic Park movies, I highly recommend this game. I don’t think you will be disappointed.
I really like the game, though I was expecting a different story line that was more player interactive. As it is, it seems to just require a minimal pressing of buttons and a detective mindset. The game is fun overall and I think does justice to the Jurassic park canon, but the game makes the system heat up fast so keep it in a well-ventilated area. Worth the price, I think.
