For anyone familiar with the Dynasty Warriors model, this game is exactly that, just with giant robots. If you’ve enjoyed the series thus far, you’ll like this one. If you haven’t and are curious, this one would probably a good introduction. It has improved since DWG1 and 2 and offers some mindless, cathartic, fun.The story and game play do get repetitive, but this should come as no surprise to fans of the Dynasty Warriors model. Also I should mention that the battles against “giant” enemies can become very frustrating because of easily and frequently they can hit you just by simply moving around, especially on higher difficulties.

First of all I haven’t played the game yet… However, Just to inform others looking at the reviews.Some of the reviews are in the wrong place. This is technically DW Gundam 4.Some of the reviews are for DWG 3. DWG 3 is $19.99 and Dynasty Warriors: Gundam Reborn (aka DWG 4) is $39.99.I’m not sure if it’s retrolio mistakenly linking the wrong reviews or others not paying attention and posting reviews for the wrong game.
There’s not a lot to say about the game. If you like Dynasty Warriors and you like Gundam, you’ll like this game. If you don’t like either, probably not for you. If you’re not sure if you like Dynasty Warriors, then know that it is a repetitive game. I mean, I can’t get enough of it but the repetition might be a turn-off to some people. The only other con of the game is that certain requirements are not very well explained. For example, to get access to better plans, which allow you to do harder missions, you need to do the "Memorial Missions" and those have their own requirements to unlock. Generally, you can unlock everything by just playing playing playing, but it certainly helps to know that you can get Rank 3 and 4 plans by unlocking them from Memorial Missions, it makes your life easier and more enjoyable. So, don’t be afraid to turn to the internet for advice. Otherwise, enjoy yourself. "I am GUNDAM!"
A fun game with millions of mechanical waiting to explode for your enjoyment. The story is a bit weak but serves the purpose of tying together each skirmish.
This game is amazing. You get more gundams, more abilities, and more missions. Keepign friendship levels is easier than the others too, all in al its amazing. The only hang-up i have on it is thee voice of Master Asia isnt the same, but other than that, its great

Love this game!!! I was aprehensive at first, but the gameplay is very easy and the graphics are awesome, the Gundam Models look exactly as the animation (and the plastic models I have) If you are a Gundam fan…go for it! I really like all the gundams included (Gyaku Chiki – the golden one is my favorite)
I like the story line, third person free roam, and the hand-to-hand combat. The like abundance of enemies.
We love this game. My son who is a Call of Duty addict, actually enjoyed playing this. He even kept playing it after we finished playing it together. He was determined to kick some mobile suit butt. The customizations are really nice. The amount of mobile suits is great. I am really glad I made this purchase.
