Good read. The book has a little of everything and is a quick read. The characters make me laugh as they interact.
I cannot believe that each boom TS releases is just as amazing as the last and fully believe that each book she writes during her career will be just as wonderful. Torren and Candace’s story was full of hardships and triumphs but as always love and crew bring the story together. This book is ten plus stars in my opinion. Now, impatiently waiting for the next story in Son’s of Beast.
A great addition to the series. Nox and Nevada were funny in this book as well and I loved how Nox called Vyr “Beer” …. can’t wait for more to come.
Loved that Torren was such a gentleman and cared so much for his sister. That he was such a good friend to Vhr. Liked his mate and how stedfast she was.

I really enjoyed this story. It was a great continuation from the first book. It had a great balance of romance and action. The characters grew and developed together. I look forward to seeing how the series ends.
Torren “HavoK” Taylor, son of Kong (LOWLANDER SILVERBACK) was supposed to be the next Kong. The problem was he didn’t want anything to do with his people. His animal was out of control which meant he was on his way to death row.He’d already accepted his fate but those close to him didn’t like his best-friends Vyr and Nox (SON OF THE CURSED BEAR). When the latter did something to help him.He didn’t know what to expect until a beautiful and determined beauty nsmed Candace walked into his life.Candace Summer, a tiger shifter who was looking for a change. She came back to her hometown Foxburg to pay off some major debts. She gave up her dreams now she felt numb. When Nox approached her with a proposal she took it. Cause she was looking for an adventure but most importantly she wanted to make friends.Torren and Candace’s first encounter was intriguing, they hit it off even when he tried pushing her away. She never wavered and in the end he realized that they fit perfectly.The Sons of Beasts crew suffered a great deal but they weren’t about to let that slow them down. They had a very important mission to complete come what may. Love the dynamic between Nox, Torren and Vyr. Candace and Nevada friendship was beautifully written.Also It was great to catch up with Torren’s sister Genevieve (RED HAVOC GUARDIAN).SON OF KONG is the second book in T. S. Joyce’s SONS OF BEASTS triology. What a mind-blowing adventure. T. S. Joyce never cease to amaze me with her talent. Five fan-freakin-tas.

This is a very screwed up and awesome story about a screwed up and fabulous crew. Torren finally finds a girl who fits him because Candace is a mess too. Just right for Kong’s son. Can hardly wait to read Vyr’s story, which is next. T.S. Joyce is an excellent author and I enjoy everything written by this author
Once again I’m amazed. Such a small creature puts out a huge work of art. That’s what this story is… Art. Emotional gripping intriguing suspense all wrote into one astounding book. To see a couple level each other so much is powerful. Torren is on the edge of breaking and Candace is struggling to find herself after losing her father. Together they balance and work. I was hooked until the last word. Such a fierce ending left me wanting more but not in such a way that the story wasn’t complete. Cannot wait for book 3!!!
