Excellent product, very well done. I recommend it.
Okay, so I bought this game finally this year, wanted something to remember the 2010 WC by. It is fun being that it features all the WC teams. The frustrating parts are that it is like al the other FIFAs when it comes to speed. You can be a 99 when it comes to speed, and still get caught by a 60 overall speed player. It is just really annoying. Also the holding, an opposing player will grab you and you cant go on a fast break and net an easy goal. Besides this I also dont like how there are absolutely no hand balls called, I think it wasnt put in until FIFA 11 so it makes sense, but once you play FIFA 11 you want hand balls in the game, but FIFA 11 has too many handballs. Even if it touches the shoulder it will get called. Overall this game is fun though, especially with friends and when you play in a tournament with them.Me and three of my cousins were playing for an entire weekend. Each picked his own team and played World Cup mode. That is super fun. Also most of the jerseys for 2010 are spot on, even the goal keeper ones. The only jerseys kind of messed up are the pre-2010 ones in the game, the numbers for the US are weird. WOuld I buy this game, I did for $14.99 on retrolio, worth it.
This game is great and the ball skills of the players are surprisingly realistic. I especially like how the AI of the game can make for excellent precision passing once you point the control stick in the direction you wish to pass and no defenders are close enough to stop the pass. As for headed in goal scoring at first I was at a lost how to direct the ball into goal from a header. Until I realise you need to just direct the stick in the direction you want the header to go. My headed in goals have improved since I discovered this.I still had to give this game a 4 star because for some reason it occasionally sticks during game play. Not regularly but when it does it can be annoying. Especially if you were setting up a good play or you were scrambling trying to defend against an eminent attack. I would recommend this game to any football fan.
favorite teams on here
You can of course play with all the countries that participated in the world cup for that year as well as all the other national teams in the fifa.
Excelent conditions
The best game of the World Cup, PERIOD! . Have the chance to win the World Cup with your favorite team or the team of your country (if this has never been in one). A familiar gameplay of EA Sports titles, which mix simulation with arcade in a perfect way, this game challenges and entertains you at the same time. Although not the FIFA series has become increasingly soccer simulation game, this title allows both experienced and novice have so much fun.PROS:-All teams in the world, play the world cup and try to beat te rest of the 31 teams of the tournament or from the beginning, qualify first.-Captain your country mode, allows you to be the protagonist from the classification to the tournament itself.-Challenge mode, allows you relive the history of the qualify or reverse it.-The online mode .. Infinite! that simple. You have Ranking matches, No ranking Matches, League with divisions and the hardest thing of all .. ONLINE WORLD CUP .. I have already more than a year with the game and I have not won it yet :(.CONS:Ea servers sometimes get a bit difficult to play, but it is a very specific situation.BOTTOM LINEBUY IT, not only a great game, if you are a lover of football-soccer it will last forever .. And it’s a piece to collect to.Until 2014 Brazil
2010 FIFA World Cup: South Africa is by far the best rendition of not just the World Cup series, but the FIFA series. This game retains everything that was so highly-praised in FIFA 2010, and adds more:- better visuals (slightly)- very strong thematic/atmospheric elements (snapshots of the crowd, anthems, random facts about countries while loading, background, colours, music)- greatly improved AI (most importantly: the goalkeeper no longer rushes out instantly in a one-on-one, like in FIFA 2010)The only reason I would cite for perhaps not buying this is that as a World Cup game, there are obviously no clubs, and the experience is very much limited to the World Cup. The shelf life may not be that long if you’re not going to touch it much after the real World Cup’s over. Otherwise, this is a definite must-buy.
Decent game but I just wanted it to remember the world cup that I loved watching. The gameplay feels a little choppy compared to the FIFA 10 normal game. Cool to remember the event though
I love FIFA games. I just bought FIFA 11 and I decided to get this one as well. It is an awsome game. My only complaint is that the graphics are not as great as FIFA 11.
